The Bloomery is an advanced smelting workshop used in smelting raw ore into ingots, bars, and lumps, or to Recycle any form of metal -- worn out tools, armor, etc. into Lumps of iron. You will need the smelting skill to use the furnace.
A Crucible and tongs or its primitive version must be equipped to complete the process via Pull Out.
Welcome to Life is Feudal help center Work in Progress Work in progress (WIP) Buy order / sell order; Castle Wall with Door and Castle Wall with Door (no merlon) can't be built. Oct 28, 2013 How To: Start your own server (Dedicated) Hey Guys, So i have noticed alot of people asking about/having issues with starting thire own Island, so i thought i would throw up a quick guide on how to do it (: go to your steam client: Libary-Tools and download Life is Feudal. Builder-centric sandbox Life is Feudal has officially launched into early access with a buy-in of $29.99, and that’s the MMO version, mind you, not the Your Own survival sandbox. Consider it a bit like part two of the open beta, which has been running since autumn after initially being plagued by exploits and bugs.
Usage[edit | edit source]
To use the bloomery first open it with the command Manage smelting, place a few units of a fuel source inside such as billets or charcoal. Then insert the raw ore you wish to smelt. Light the Bloomery. Use bellows to increase the heat until it reaches 1500 where after a bit, a status bar showing the state of the raw ore will appear. The temperature will fall (ex: about 5+ minutes) and you need to use the bellows to maintain 1500°. The raw ore is ready to be melted into ingots, bars, or lumps once the status bar fills. To smelt the ore, use the command Smelt and select the material of your choice.
The bloomery holds 400 stones of weight. Charcoal and ore may be placed in it at any time for later use. Yamaha dgx 505 usb driver for mac.
Note: Using charcoal allows the smelting of more units of ores as it takes up less room in the bloomery. Placing more units of fuel in the bloomery allows the completion of other unrelated tasks while waiting for the ores to heat without worrying about the bloomery cooling off. You will still have to check the temperature as it drops over time. An initial temperature over 1500 will give you more time before needing to use the bellows again.
It should be noted the Bloomery can also be used to destroy items by putting an item in and then dragging another item from your inventory on top of it.

Take care to watch the DURABILITY of the bloomery. Higher quality will improve the quality of its products. The Bloomery will stop working at 50% durability. Small repair kits are quite effective at bringing up the durability.
